Be prepared for severe water restrictions, that area is running out of water with this exceptional drought. There is talk that the Atlanta area will be out of water in two months. I'm sure this too will pass but it's really serious right now. There is no outside watering allowed and many are taking baths instead of showers and then scooping the bathwater in buckets to flush toilets. There are towns in GA, AL and TN that have already run out of water and are having it trucked in, these towns only have water to their homes 3 hours a day so make sure you have some water before buying.

I don't know much about GA, my step father is from the Fayetteville area. Although I've never lived in GA I have several brothers and sisters who did. Some of them are still living in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. I can hook you up with them if you'd like to pick their brains.

BTW: What is it that you do? Just curious. When I was working we had offices in the same areas your coming from or going to. - Dan
