I used to et pulled over for inspection every time I came through the gate at Miramar when I was going to school there. 1 day I asked them why that was, was it a black truck thing, a modified truck thing, or what. He told me it was every 7th vehicle or something to that nature, and I told him I needed to play the lottery b/c every single time I seemed to hit 7! lol They let me go, I don't think I ever got stopped again. They are very strict there compared to any of the other bases I have been to.
