How much you want? Bring trucks, lots of trucks......

This is the Scream Machine at Six Flags.

Needless to say, traffic backed up in a few spots.

Rained hard again Monday. Raining today, but so far not so hard. Supposed to rain again on Friday. They say we can expect this about every 2-3 days for a while. Great, more roads like this.

And bridges like this.

But, we keep on going......

You know, when I moved here last summer, the neighborhood we bought in is hilly. We were looking at one house and I looked up the hill and said, I'd rather be up there. Glad I did.....

But lucky for us, my neighborhood made it just fine. But I drive by all the destruction every day.

I almost had to RTM this morning as I forgot how to turn on the wipers as well--and then couldn't remember which switch was for the heated seats!

Supposed to be back to 80 this weekend--and Blackie is now officially FILTHY!
Good thing I'm only going to Long Beach today.

Well, nothing like Georgia, but we ended up with 7.6 inches of rain in a 24-hour period yesterday-- and 40 mph winds. Looked like a miniature California hurricane came through at my house this morning Messed up my lawn

We lost 5 feet of fence. Otherwise we were good. My dad came to block the hole until Scott comes home in 2 weeks to fix it!

I am sure we were close to Fred's numbers on wind and rain.
