Racelegal 1/8mi drag races at Qualcomm

This Friday is the next Racelegal 1/8mi drag races at Qualcomm Stadium and I will be running to see the difference the Stage 1 kit has made. Hopefully I see some more HHRs out there for a change!

Here is a video of me back in April running a Porsche Carrera 4S just for fun. Talked a lot to the guy who owned it, and he let his cousin drag it, so he went against me since it was his first time in case he screwed up.

Yep, full slip with R/T, 60ft, MPH, and ET. Lots of fun. Hope some more HHRs make it out!

I've gotta stay in on Friday, I have a web cam conferance with relatives in PI scheduled for 2100.

How's the stage 1 doing for you in daily driving? Do you feel a difference?

After Stage 1 and BOV spring install, went from a best 1/8mi ET of 10.029 to 9.415, best R/T of .522 to .506, and best 60ft of 2.404 to 2.287. Now I am almost kicking myself for not getting the drag radials I could have gotten as I saw a Sentra lose almost half a second just from adding the drag radials, and I did do a lot of spinning. The run I got my best 60ft and ET, I grabbed from the go somehow, then lost traction about 1/3 of the way down the track!

Told ya didn't I lol. I ran 9.4 with just drag radials and then ran 9.0s with the radials and a hp tuners tune.

Yeah, I was kicking myself all night, but I know I would barely use them if I got them, so I decided to go with something else instead. Only 1 run I hooked off the line, then lost traction 1/3 of the way down the track. The rest of the night I was spinning. Saw you there with a couple of other guys. Figured you were laughing at me! Mine is an AT also, btw, so my stock times would have been MUCH slower than yours to begin with!
