Wow I see what you mean - 6 posts since '07 - you have been busy. Also, I guess forums are not for everyone. I don't work so I'm a junky. Well, if I haven't met you, hope to some day.

Maybe contact them before you all go down there, assure them that you are not a rowdy club and see if they would be willing to serve your group. That way they get a chance to see that not all car clubs are are full or rowdy disrespectful people.

I have been to that sonics for a couple other car meets and there is always alot going on in that parking lot. Pretty sure if you were there and a car comes in with a loud stereoor does a burn out they will point fingers towards all the people standing around.

Personally I think the location stinks. The food is sub par and like mentioned the ordering system is bunk.

A small mom/pop type place would be alot more appreciative of the business.

No way, sorry to hear you guys got no love at Sonics either.

My buddy tried to revive the old Sonics meet from a few years ago at that same Sonics and it got busted up real quick. Everything was nice until this biker gang was leaving and started revving up their motors (obnoxiously) upon start up. Of course, a few mustangs that were showing up just at the same time decided to rev back. It was humorous at first (I guess…) then I guess women, small children and old folks got scared and complained to management. Police showed up and asked everyone to leave. Ugh.

Now the meets still continue, but they are around the corner in the Lowes parking lot.

Sonics: Americas Drive-Thru – Just not car meet friendly. :)
