Ive decided to spend the weekend in SoCal. I live in Maryland and havent been to that area since I was in elementary school.

Im 23, so pretty much up for anything.

The person I am going with has never been over there (west coast) and really hasnt traveled far at all.

So we fly in friday night,Drive to and spend the day in San Diego Saturday, then Saturday night and Sunday in LA.

Any must see places or must eats?

We are going to Sea World....I havent been in so long and it was a big part of my childhood when I lived there.

We leave late Sunday night to come back to 35 degree weather.

Should be a fun weekend.

 

I would think a trip by SoCalHHR's would be in order. Who knows...you might be able to pick up some goodies to take home in your luggage at least.

 

Stop by Aero Book Auto Book Book store on Magnolia in Burbank Saturday morning. Its THE car book, die casts store of the WORLD. Ask for Doug Stokes and tell him Bud said to say hi. If you don't have a good time there I'll give you your money back.

If you want the Holywood/LA experience, hit up Universal Studios, do the little tram tour, and check out all of the rides and shows. A LOT to do for not too much $. It will deffinately take up a day.
