Tracy, I am so sorry to have been so far out of the loop. I sometimes forget I even have a car except for hauling garden materials this time of year. I had to query through FB as to what you had been going through. And now, I only want to know how you are, and if you are into the pt parr? Physical therapy is supposed to be rugged, yet essential. So, update as you prgress, because I have it in my future, but am avoiding it as long as possible. Best wishes!

Holy Crap

Oh yea, the physical therapy has now been pushed up another notch. I'm not sure if they really want to see my knee bend like normal or if they just want to see me jump off the table. When they really bend it back.

Been gone a while , Not sure what happen to your knee , But go threw the pain of rehab , It will be worth it later on .
My 16 year old daughter tore her ACL in a basketball game last month and will have self donor hamstring ACL repair surgery march 22 . She's so bummed missing H.S. softball and travel softball for this whole season . But all the doctors are saying the rehab (phys thp) is the most important thing.

Tracy - The therapy is the most painful but will give you the results you want. Keep up the good work.

Based on what the sadists....errrr....therapists did to me in January, they want to see you jump off the table man.

Stick with it, I know it hurts like hell at times, but its the only way you'll get functionality back.
