100k Miles. What should I do?

Pete (my 08 5MT SS) is rolling up on 100k miles. What should I be doing that I wouldn't do as part of a normal service?

It looks like I should change out spark plugs, which is easily enough done. Looks like I can get new OE Delcos from Advance Auto Parts.

Anything else I should really think about doing?

Grab your owner's manual and turn to section 6, page 6. Do everything listed for 100,000 miles, then also take a look at your serpentine drive belt, its probably due to.

Other than that, just drive it and enjoy it man!

Oh, on a related note. Every time I've done spark plug changes I've tightened them to a "that's about right" specification. I really like Pete and don't want to damage him. Is there a spec for how many foot pounds of torque should be applied?

That's great to know! I've honestly been a little concerned, as this is my favorite car ever, and I dunno what I will do to replace it if it dies.

...probably buy another one if it keeps lasting as well as it has so far... :)
