Red, I too had intermittent problems with only boosting 5psi and then my boost gauge was sometimes registering erratically or showing no boost. I traced the problem to the issue with the clearance on the lower TMAP sensor. I secured the pipe that the sensor is in to give the sensor more clearance, and all of my issues are gone.
