after gm tune both 5 speed and auto will have same hp

Do you have a tune(GMPP). It could be an A/C tube touching the lower sensor when the engine torque causes the engine to move enough to touch it. Not a mechanic but that was a cause for the GMPP tuner to do this occasionally.

 

2nd this. I used two zip ties around my pipe to the frame (other side of the sensor that your knocking). Works great, I have to replace when they break. Haven't bothered to do something more permanent yet (been 6 years).
