Back windows won't go up

Okay so it's seems like using the master switch they will go down and sometimes go up but most of the time I have to tap the switch down then up. The back switches don't work at all I found out. The windows don't go down or up slow so I don't believe it's the regulator or motor. What do you guys suggest?
Again they WILL go up you just have to tap the switch down before rolling it up.
This is on BOTH rear windows, front windows are fine.

I would think that you need to replace the master switch. The master switch controls the grounds to the rear window switches for the window lock so faulty master switch with affect the rear switches.
