What code showed up?
It could be several things , like loose wires, broken flex pipe, clogging up catalytic converter.
In order to be more accurate we'll need more information.
Most parts palaces will read the codes for free, then just post the code here.

Bank "B" cam timing over advanced. Code P0014. 0 reading on the the bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor. Cat reads normal temp. Wires and flex pipe look good.

Not sure how you got O2 sensor from that code.
Maybe read the link below pertaining to P0014 and solenoids. One of this sites most popular threads and repairs.

First: stop reading the description your code reader is showing you. It does not mean what you think. Just GoOgle the code, i.e. P0014.

Are you saying your #2 O2 sensor is reading 0 (WHAT; volts, ohms, Hz?) but there is no code? Like P0030, P0031, P0032, P0036, P0037, P0038, P0053, P0054.
If none of those codes is read and the volt reading does not change it is operating correctly.

For clarification: The code is the identifier for an OBD2 test, it shows up on a scanner only when the test returns unacceptable results.

Thank you, P0014 yes pertains to camshaft timing per

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0014

As suggested in the causes , loose wires at the solenoids or oil issues at the solenoids

I'd start there

Also guides and/or tensioner especially with that many miles.

Has any of those items been replaced?
