well the front mount is VERY easy to do by yourself. as for the rear..... very tricky without a lift and another pair of hands to help. fortunately i've done both front & rear mounts from the ground (jack stands) & on a lift. so i have first hand experience with them without any help.

I guess it depends on which version of the spacers you have. Powell has said there can be clearance issues without rotated mounts.

The rotated mounts raise the transmission in the back and add some clearance. That's all I was getting at.

so Powell is saying that, but has anyone actually experienced it? i've never heard of that before.

maybe Powell was trying to work his salesman powers.

That could very well be. I believe it has happened to a couple people though. There are a few different rack spacers now, I'm not sure what kind Bart was trying to put on.
