Lowering Springs Totally Collapsed-HELP
Still don't have ground-to-fenderwell measurements, maybe because the car isn't put together yet?
Hi guys,
The ground-to-fenderwell measurements are: 24.9-front and 26.5-rear. this is with the Pedders.
Besides the number of turns of the coils, OEM vs aftermarket (6 with the front aftermarket, I don't have current access to the OEM springs, they are still at the repair shop)
what is the diameter of the coil wire thickness of each ? (13mm, again with the front aftermarket)
Also do you have a rear sway bar ? (Yes, it was installed at the time of the springs swap and struts replacement)
If so, what company ? (ZZP)
Also, I am curious to hear from anyone that has used the stock/OEM SS front springs with aftermarket rear springs to level out the rear, how's the ride and handling with this setup? Fireman George mentioned he didn't like the way the handling felt, I'd like to hear more details or anyone else's experience with this setup because it seems this is route I'll be going with.
Thanks again to everyone for the feedback.

I'm using the rear springs from the SC Cobalt (super charged) with my stock front springs in my '10 SS. It's not perfectly even front to back, but the rear is lower with the SC springs. Ride is very good, Have a Progress rear sway bar. It's a smaller diameter than the TTR bar. Never installed a TTR and can't tell you if it would make a difference in the handling.
