Resurrecting this thread. Finally going to attack my problem after obtaining a Candi module (Chinese knockoff but works). I have the overboost code in history, was feeling some surging at times. Then would get the code and be in limp mode. Now no boost whatsoever and no active codes.

When I cycle the boost solenoid with the Tech 2 I don't hear the boost solenoid click. Was going to look it up on one of the parts websites to see if I can order one.

I posted in my low boost thread but I wanted to follow up here.

I replaced the intake manifold solenoid first since it was easy and it seemed to go away ... or so I thought. After 7 hours of driving, I rolled into the throttle. No boost. I clutched, revd it to 6000 and I had boost again. Work has been crazy but I can finally replace the turbo solenoid and diaphragm/spring while I have it jacked up. My hands are too big to do it from the top.

Questions:

1. Any have the GM part numbers for the spring and diaphragm?
2. Is there a pic of what hoses go to/from the vac tank? I want to check that too.

1. As far as I can tell, no, those parts are no longer available. You could go with the aftermarket Forge BPV.
2. Here is FiremanGeorge's pic. https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/hhr-...e2/#post813047
