I lied, I'm not checking it tomorrow, it's cold as fark and snowing tomorrow. I'll work on it next warm streak we get.

Did my rear brakes 3 months ago and used the same tool.
It rotates the caliper piston and pushes it back in.
Before pressing on the brake pedal pulled up on the E brake a couple of times to let the piston ratchet out if needed.
No problems at all.
Was the old pad wear even on the left and right ?
