Rear Calipers

Rear Calipers
One of my rear calipers is leaking a bit.
Since I am going to paint all the calipers anyway, I want to buy a pair of new rear calipers and paint them before I put them on.
Rock Auto shows a whole bunch of different calipers (reman, reman coated, new, Centric, Raybestos, AC Delco, etc).
Any recommendations?
Also, any recommendations on caliper paint? Local Dupli-color kit? Fancy Eastwood kit ($)?

This Power Stop kit from RockAuto is complete, they used to offer powdercoat, but I see that’s for a set of fronts or front and rears non Brembo

as for paint, your choice of Eastwood or Duplicolor or other High temperature paint

I would choose Rabestos for the combination of price / quality. Of course, AcDelco is the official conveyor supplier. But expensive in my personal opinion.
For painting calipers it is advisable to use high-temperature paint. Something from what paint furnaces or boilers. You will find a lot of options in the building materials store. Give preference to primer-enamel, carefully read the instructions, find confirmation that the enamel can be applied directly to the metal.

Hmmm.... the premium version, the KC1610, shows the caliper brackets as well. I want to assume that, if ordering that kit for a non-SS buggy, those brackets would work with the existing spindles, yes?

Right. I'm assuming that what RockAuto has are replacements for non-Brembo SS cars, so if I'm upgrading front rotors (don't need the calipers, but hey) on my LT, that kit has the correct brackets for the wider rotors?

The rotors are larger in diameter, here is a great explanation
