I received another Email from CTR in Korea about the SS ball joints.

The Email was received on July 19th, about a month ago. Here is the message:

Looks like they plan on having ball joints ready in about 1-2 months from now.

I asked Jimmy at CTR where we can purchase them once they are available.

Their answer was to ask how many I would need initially.

I am going to ask for 6 pieces to see where and how much they would cost.

Given the choice of being able to buy the ball joint or the correct LCA with the correct ball joint, I would strongly prefer the latter. But this is definitely a positive development.

I would prefer the ball joint separately. The control arms have the lower quality rear bushing, I'd rather get the Moog rear bushing. Or Moog control arms with problem solver bushing, then swap the ball joint.

RJ , the Moog LCA’s come with a rubber bushing , not the K201285 bushing, so in your case you would press out the bushing and press in a new bearing bushing. I just wanted to clarify that.

For some reason, I thought I had seen Moog problem solver control arms. Can't find them now, must have been a pigment of my imagination. Or maybe a tropical delusion...
