Surging when driving normal
Not that I know of but I will tell them about the Stage kit issues so they can look at it.
This would be great to take in to dealer, post as soon as possible. I'm still experiencing the boost problems. Had kit installed in Feb, threw a P0101 code back then and haven't seen a code since. It has completely went limp twice since then but it will consistently lose that stage kit oomph and revert back to stock levels and I have seen some surging levels when I have it half matted, not noticeable when floored. I have done the Dejon spring, probably going to take it back to the f*&kheads that installed it and see if they can do anything. Just have to replace the drop in K&N so they don't tell me my warranty is voided. On a side note anyone have a part # for that sock air filter?
It's doing it more now. It's not when I get on it but normal driving. It's feels like a misfire or putter. I have an appointment with the dealer tomorrow morning. I can also get my rear Chevy emblem replaced. Got water in it some how. I guess its a common thing. Anything else I should have them check out? Coolent system leak? Not that I see any missing.
the surge
I also have had the surge and have posted a thread regarding that issue. And what I found out for me is that the IC connection at the IC needed to be tighten, along with the other connections. As soon as I did that the surge disappeared, it only happens on part throttle, not WOT or when depressing the accelerator fully to the floor when hitting passing gear. I need to take the bottom plastic panels off again and rotate the T-Bolt clamp to a position where I can reach it to tighten from inside the front of the engine, because the way the factory placed the clamp it is impossible to tighten unless you are under the car with said panels loosen, and partically removed for access. I also plan to replace the IC piping sometime in the future, and secure the T-Bolt so it won't come loose anymore
