You would also need to take backspacing and tire size into account.
EDIT: Offset and rim width would also be important information. You could take all this info to a website (tirerack, discounttire, etc.) and plug it into a calculator.

Fit, yes. Fit safely, I don't know. The law says only the the tire and wheel listed on the placard is safe.
The 5X110 is the definition of the bolt circle, so any rim with that bolt circle will "fit" on the hub, maybe not legally.

Some 2004,5,6 Malibu's had 15 " rims with the 5 on 110 mm bolt pattern 40 mm offset
