I have OEM 16" wheels. I know the psi recommended on the sticker inside door. I am upgrading to 17" wheels, what does the sticker say for 17"? Thanks in advance, Jim (jimpennjr)
Yes, I did search. Too much to sift through since I can't add 17" to the search.

 

Chevrolet specifies 35psi for the 17" wheel/tire package on the HHR.

I adjusted pressure for 3,000 mile at a time until I was happy with the ride and wear pattern on the tread, I started at 35 psi, then 28,then 33 then 30 and ended up at 32 psi that seems to be the sweet spot for my ride,

 

32 psi is whats recommended for 16" wheels, but I like mine at 35, I guess we are opposites.

 

could be , there are many factors, but maybe my next set of tires will be different.

Just keep in mind that your DIC alarm is set for 16" tires @30psi

If you get too far either way of 30lb. your alarm on the dash will go off.
