20" tire clearance
There are a few members using 20's with no reported problems.
a 225/35/20 is 26.2 OD.... Of course shorter sidewall makes a stiffer ride, but looks cool..

Assuming your not drastically lowered you'll have no clearance issues, I have 225/35/20s. Ride is fine, but hitting bumps and potholes are more pronounced. More so than that you have no forgiveness when it comes to curbs, but that's true with 18s also.
Very nice wheels, if you were made an offer you can't refuse get em and put them away until spring. You can take your time over the winter to find a good deal for tires and sensors if you have TPMS. Unless your absolutely sure it may be a good idea to try a rim on your front to be sure it fits and clears your disc caliper.
