Something tells me, buddy, that with your abilities, you can create something similar from an old bucket, parts of a washing machine and river sand.

The abrasive and polishing devices left over
This is the forth and last rim to sand and polish
These 3 are the sanded then polished rims
As I mentioned, like a mirror
The one in the back was the first one finished.
