Randomly searching ebay and found a guy claim this:

This is a set of 4 wheels, with no tires!!!! If you have a SS cobalt NON-supercharged (2-door, or 4 door) these wheels WILL fit yout car!!! Non supercharged SS Cobalts have the same 5 lug pattern and suspension setup. However, these wheels will not fit on any cobalt lower than the SS or SS supercharged versions!!

I think he means they will not fit the Cobalt LS cause they come with 4x100 lug pattern.

But he clearly states it will not fit a Cobalt SS S/C doesn't the S/C have the same 5x110?

The wheels we're talking about are from a supercharged cobalt, so this doesn't really help.

It says it will not fit anything LOWER than the SS/na, SS/SC(5-110mm bolt pattern). Most everything lower than those trim models are a 4-100mm.

Hmm Thats weird and sounds farfetched. I have an 06 hhr with polished CSS wheels, and haven't heard of anything being different on any newer HHR.
I would try them yourself.

Attn: Rims = Gtg

Jacked up car myself
removed stock
Fit on Cobal SS rims. Fit good. Right against Drum. Was like..WTF.
Mechanic read the rim wrong because the HHR stock caliper circle fits right "into" the tapered hole of the SS rim.

I wnt back today and showd him my iphone shots and 2 pages of forum testimonial that supported fit:

He said: ooo, ok, well have another look.

Came back 1hr later after a few holiday ****tails:

Store manager admitted fault, said he was embarressed and gave me ; for my inconvenince: the wheel locks (20) for free.

Siad, thanks :).

-Left as soon as i could.

Cobalt SS 18" rims = GTG on 08 HHR
