you should make that deal FE5 suspension works very good and sits roughly an inch lower. I added a sway bar, it will do anything you ask.

As I said, this wouldn't happen until March, so I've got plenty of time to figure it all out.
Several members here are running those type Cobalt Rims, just not blacked out like Mowglis' are..

Hey y'all,

Sooo to update - I came across a listing for some re-manufactured Cobalt SS 18s on eBay while just looking around again. At the moment, I'm going to pounce on these and have them shipped to my parents' for storage (house-hunting right now, so nowhere for storage).

http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-Black-Chr...#ht_762wt_1396

The listing says the width of the wheel is 7, but they should actually be 7.5, right? And (to double-check) I shouldn't have any problems with fitting these?

Then generation Cobalt SS wheel is 18x7 as they originally came with 215/45 18's I believe. I've been running those for the past couple of years and no problems with them. That price with shipping is kinda hi is you ask me. If you look in the local craigslist, you can find them occasionally. I even saw a set recently, but think they are gone now. I live out in Dallas, but work in Smyrna. If you want to go with 18's, the 235/40R18 will keep your speedo correct (although I don't know if you currently have 16" or 17"). Next closest is 245/40 and if you want a little taller, 225/45 (what I'm running) is about as tall as you can go.

As far as the Eagle GT's, I'm running them right now, great handling, but if you put a lot of miles on yours like I do, if you baby them, you might get 30K miles out of them. I'm currently looking for new tires myself. Won't be long before I'll be at the tread bars.

Thanks for the replies, ya'll!

@Solman
Not too far from me (Carrollton)! I spoke to one of my buddies back in my hometown and he said he might be able to come up with some for a good price (w/ powder-coating included), so now I'm waiting to hear back from him on the matter. If he can't get around $300 than I'll probably shoot 20hhrss08 a message.

I've been doing a fair amount of driving, but not anything like a 40-mile commute (the perks of living 2 miles from work, but still 25 miles from anything truly city-like).

Talking

Got them put on today! Along with some new Kumho Ecasta's. Next projects are blacking out the grille, tint, and getting the IPCW tail lights.
