I haven't noticed a thread like this around here, so if there is one, someone tell me and I'll delete this post.

Post what size, brand, and type of tire (performance, all-season, winter, etc) you currently have or have had in the past on your HHR and give us what you like, didn't like about the tire. This thread could be useful for those looking for new tires, reading others experiences and opinions on different tires out there for the HHR.

Goodyear Eagle GT
So far I only have my stock 16 inch Firestone Affinity's on my HHR, but comparing them to the Goodyear Eagle GT tires I had on my old Celica, they can't match. The Eagle GT's are ultra high performance all-season tires, according to TireRack and come in the standard 1LT HHR size. The GT's had them beat in everything, dry and wet grip as well as noise level. Driving on the highway in rain was absolutely no problem, if I was blindfolded I probably would've thought I was driving in regular conditions. So far they are the best tires I've owned (granted at 18 years old, I haven't gone through many sets of tires so maybe my view won't exactly reflect some of yours ).
