Hi guys,

i got a little story to share and maybe you can help me out.

Early last year i bought my set of black Torque Thrust M wheels from the "Inland Wheel Center" in San Bernardino CA. They redrilled them and shipped them to Europe for me - everything seemed fine. Only a set of lugnuts (that i ordered and paid with the wheels) was missing.

They said i must have lost the lugnuts, as they certainly shipped them. So i ordered and paid another set, together with four hub centric rings. Months passed without any package arriving, while i regularly called and wrote them. Most times i didn´t get a reply at all and on the phone they just said they need to check and will get back to me, which they never did.

Then in fall i got JR (Lenny Stahl) who seems to be the owner of this company on the phone. He seemed surprised that the package never arrived, asked me to resend my payment confirmation (which i did) and promised to send me another set of nuts and rings. Again months pass and nothing arrives. When i called or wrote it was either no reply at all or again the same game of feeding me with (pointless) hope.

Few weeks ago i called JR again to ask where my stuff is. He was (again) very surprised that nothing arrived and promised me to check. Since then i haven´t heard from them.

Until today i have never received a notification that the products i ordered and paid have ever been shipped. Let alone something like a tracking number.

I have never received any shipment for my purchased hub rings or lugnuts.

They barely answer mails or the phone and if they do, they never give clear informations or provide a solution.

It seems they changed their website (and company name?) meanwhile, but the owner is still "JR" Lenny Stahl. Their latest website is: http://www.motorsport-tech.com/

Now my problem is, i recently broke one wheel on a sidewalk curb and now i urgently need a replacement. I told this to JR on the phone and wrote several mails, but again with no effect. They don´t give a flying f**k.

It´s probably too late to claim my money back for the stuff i paid one year ago. But if somebody can suggest me another shop that can redrill wheels and ships to Europe, i´d highly appreciate it.

Also as it seems i´m not the only guy having troubles with this company: http://www.custommagnums.com/forums/...el-center.html

Wheel replacement (no problem), redrill to 5 on 110mm (no problem), shipped outside the USA (no can do). I will ship to a friend of yours here in the US however.

Harley, that sounds great. But is there really no way you can ship directly to Europe?

A possible solution would be that you ship to a US located reshipping agency (like Bongo US) and they forward everything to me. But they charge quite steep sums for repacking and forwarding, so i´d highly appreciate if there is another way to get that wheel over here.

Can you also get me a set of hub centric rings and lugnuts to fit the Torque Thrusts on a HHR?
