I can tell you what NOT to go with, Falkens. They are in, or around, your price point, but just awful (probably because they're in that proce range). The ones I got were an all-season tire and not an aggressive tread at all. My problem was the noise. It sounds like I'm driving an old truck with knobby tires. All I can say is if you're looking for inexpensive, Falkens will probably come up in your search. Steer clear.
