New tires for Herbie

Put some new tires under Herbie last month. Bought some Yokohama Avid Touring S P205/60R/16, the Firestone Affinitys started to dry rot, so it was time to change them. Took a trip to Fla this past week and they were quite and good in the rain. They are just a little taller than the original tires so now my mud flaps don't scrape the bottom of my steep driveway when I pull in.

Been home in Kannapolis all week, but no Herbie sightings. With the Rogers Lake Road crossing closed I haven't been by your shop, hope it isn't killing your business.

Did NS give you any idea how long they'll be playing with their backhoes?

Five years ago I put Yokohma tires on yhe car I had then, the sidewalls are more ridged and was rubbing had only driven about 4 miles and went back and had them another brand, maybe that's why Yokohma has such a great mileage warranty?
