scuffed wheel

I have the original wheels that came on my 2010 HHR SS. I scuffed my wheel today. Can it be polished? Will it need to be clear coated again. Will it be expensive?

Welcome chi-girl...

A pic of the damage would be helpful.
However if the "scuff" is not too bad, it could be polished out. If it is more severe, it could be sanded, using finer & finer grades of wet / dry sandpaper & then polished.

But you will be thru the clear-coat. If you are handy, you should be able to do this yourself, or have a friend.

You can use some rattle-can clear coat to keep costs down. But won't be as
good as the oem coating. But would still work fine.

Just sayin..

Welcome and Greetings! To echo sleeper's advice, the extent of the repair is dependent on the damage. If its really bad you can also have it done by a wheel repair service, check your yellow pages.
