WOn't hurt the tires. Swap them to the other side.

Its not going to hurt it, but do swap them over to the correct place.

The way is was explained to me at the tire shop, a directional tire is designed to shed water away from the center of the tire in wet conditions when mounted correctly thus reducing the tendency towards hydroplaning. Mounting them backwards will reduce that ability and, depending on the tire, even be dangerous in bad weather.

You should be OK, you might have some tire noise you didn't have before as you swap positions around. That will go away with some miles, and as db/sb pointed out, the big deal with directional tires is the water shedding capability or lack there of when running "reverse rotation".

on FWD, you'd want the best grip in the rear, to not spin out in rain. Front has most of the weight..

Someone mounted it on the rim backwards. Just have it corrected.

The N5000 directional tread pattern is kinda mild visually, compared to say a Nitto 450
Easy oversight I'd say...

I don't know. I'd expect someone who does this for a living to notice the rather obvious arrow on the sidewall...........
