2010 does not do the letting air out procedure only the tool. Read your Owner Manual.
The way their box works is it reads the serial number of the TPMS and inserts it into the computer. The way the EL-50448 works is it "excites" the TPMS so that it does a handshake with the RCDLR. It may be possible to use their tool, if they read their manual.

Don. Remember, the earlier 2010's do work with the letting the air out procedure. My 2010 does.
I think in our discussion on this several years ago we agreed that there must have been a mid year change. The later 2010's needed the tool.
