Yup the Spousemobile has the DWS model Conti's on it, installed them because of the slight possibility of hitting snow over in the mountains. The DW's stick like glue in the rain, and I can't really tell a difference between them and the DWS's, but there is a different rubber compound used between the two models....along with a change in tread pattern.
Yeah, the one thing I do notice is that the DWS's like to sing just a tiny bit on grooved pavement, but that's about the only thing worth mentioning.
I guess the big factor is how much you intend to expose the Sleeper-mobile to snow and ice over the winters coming up. If you plan on keeping it grounded during the slippery silliness while using the Mopar, I'd say go with the DW's just to get a bit more grip on dry pavement.

I liked these better than the DWS or the F1's http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

Sam you're like my wife with shoes, you change them so often, and you're in a marginal climate for seeing much dry weather....maybe you should become our full time tire consultant.
Are you planning on sticking with the G-Max tires and Solstice rims over the winter, or are you going back to the stock SS rims and something else for when the rain becomes plow-able?

Next time they need tread the SS wheels will get monster grip winter tires, or I might sell them with the summer tread on them, but summer is comming and these will hold all the trifecta will give them. It might be more fun to wear them out myself. Mike give Michelle the card, She needs some new shoes, Choo choo !! I'm sure the gmax will do snow, if I go out in it.
