First I am glad no one was hurt. Second looks like someone can get in the market for a Razzi ground effects kit courtesy of the Insurance company. All you have to do is find a body shop willing to let you pay the difference in parts and labor for the Razzi kit instead of the OEM stuff. I had my front Bumper cover replaced recently, cost about $900 for removal, part, paint, and install. Since they have to paint match anyways, it might be a viable option for you and definatly something "I" would be looking at. I have a good relationship with my body shop as I get a lot of work done with them, and am planning to have alot of custom work done. They are also a prefered body shop for my insurance company. Just something to think about. 8-D

Well the estimate for repairs is around $4000, thank god for insurance.

And I would assume that yours shouldn't even be on the hook... the Monte Carlo sure sounded at fault. Glad no one was hurt and the damage wasn't that bad.

I have heard that if something like that happens everyone on the line is techniqually at fault because you were not under control of your vehicle or something like that.. I learned that at drivers ed.. I dont think many cops will say anything about it tho.
