max HP doesnt matter to me, dyno numbers dont matter to me. IMO If your racing the only thing that matters is your time. I've ran 13.66@105 with only hp tuners and nothing else at all. I am picking up my k&n air filter tonight, have spark plugs and a meth kit sitting around aswell. Then I'll get a downpipe. With that, some weight reduction(I was 100% full weight as well) and 245/40/18 continental dws tires, I think I'll hit 12s in good air.

IDK, a couple of buddies of mine with cobalts are having trouble breaking the 12 barrier. They're running quite a bit faster than me and completely blow me away from a roll lol.

 

Coincedentally, your HHR and your opponents HEMI engine were assembled in the same place.
