For your reading pleasure...

Coming home from taking a co-worker home due to a lack of a ride as a result of a car accident back in December, I run across a 2005-2010 Dodge Ram 1500, white, with silver strobe stripes, black and chrome 24's, night shaded tail lights, depo headlights with projectors and blue HID's and an upgraded CAI. What kind I don't remember but his claim of 260hp sounds about right on his V6. I saw him pull out of a performance Motorcycle shop, and I look around to see no traffic, or not cops (in Ohio, law states that if they are sitting, they are to have at least marker lights on) upon which time, I drop to 3rd from 4th at 50mph, and shoot past him. No pull. Get around the corner, and the lights red, he gains a little, and I am slowing down to 2nd gear at about 22mph, he's in 3 at 30 and slowing fast, as the light's changing in front of us, we both know when the lights dropping, and we both let off our clutches at the same time. I rode 2nd gear all the way up to 6k rpm's and dropped to 3rd, all the while, he's in 3rd pulling for 4th, and not losing me at all, if not reeling me in a bit. Now this is by no means a victory, as he could easily have taken me, but, I will admit that it was fun to see what Stiglitz could do when pushed.. He admitted that he rode it hard all the way up 3rd gear, as did I with 2nd, but decided to back off, not because I was still holding, but because he was worried cops would be just around the next corner..

Nothing like a favorable power to weight ratio and short gearing, always helps our little trucklets surprise folks from time to time. I'm dubious of his 260 hp claim, those little 3.7 mouse motors need tons more than a CAI to get much more than 220-225 hp, but still, congrats to Stiggz on making the big truck think.

You need a number on the side, and a helmet.

Dude. Imagine an HHR all rigged up in Deathrace gear. Shielding, steel grates, machine guns, the whole nine. That'd look freaking awesome!
