Here’s the oil pan, it’s deep enough for the 10 mm bolt head to live down there, I would drop the oil pan, just to be sure.

Here you can see the gap between the holder tool and the sprocket, allowing movement for the chain to ratchet the tensioner when you torque the three bolts

Cloyes 9-4201 SX for timing chain and 9-4202 SX for balance shaft chain . Just chains and guides and install a front guide upper bolt replacement for the front guide.

This loose cheap EBay chain was related to a P0014, I changed the intake and exhaust solenoids and replaced the timing and balance shaft chains with  Cloyes kits.
