This ^^ red cover hides the 13 mm nut , just snug it tight. The 4 bolts tighten them past any popping sounds.

The OEM bolt is 14mm 2.0 thread, this is great as it wedges itself to stop the spinning nut issue.

These wheels are Wheel Vintiques Rally rims with baby moons, they did offer a moon with Chevy bow tie embossed in the centre . These were 16” with a 35 mm offset. Careful with the beauty rings they tended to slide and either fly off or cut the rubber valve stems.
