Question MP3 hook up?

Sorry if this is a dumb question... We were wondering the best place to purchase a cord to hook up an mp3 player.

Anyone found a good deal? Was going to call around, but was not sure of the exact name.

Thanks in advance

All you need is a cable with male 3.5 mm mini-stereo jacks on both ends. You can find them anywhere including Target and Wal*Mart. They are also all over ebay such as this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Satur...1868882QQrdZ1). Ignore the vehicle information - they are generic parts (note that the picture in this auction is of an HHR ).

You may also consider some these Gadget Grips from handstands.com http://handstands.com/retail/ipod-ac...dget-grips.php. They are little non-adhesive pads that hold your mp3 player in place. I have one next to my shifter and lay my Ipod Nano on - no sliding or dropping. I also have one under my Sunpass (for auto toll payment) and an extra on my dash for tossing my cellphone onto. The kit in the link has 9 pads of different sizes. I bought mine at Target along with the cable.

You can find them at any store for under $10.00. Most I think are probally around $5.00

Got mine at the dollar store for you guessed it a dollar. 9' gold connectors and all. That way my kids can use it in the back seat.

Radio Shack has the shortest one I found, 12". The long ones were a pain to use IMO. It was like $3-4.

I had a 6' one and had to throw it away. All the extra just got damaged. I don't use any now, I just burn the MP3's to disk and I'm much happier. You can get a lot on one CD.

This is exactly what you want, and is available in most Radio Shack stores.
