No Boost Problem / Vacuum Problem

i just bought my 2008 hhr ss never drove any others so had no reference to know how the care should drive.

anyway about 300miles after i got it the boost fell completely off and not power. then the check engine light came on. on star said the code was intake performance error. took it in they keep it for 2 days before they found the problem.

the vacuum line that ran from the turbo to the intake was pulled tight and cutting off vacuum. they re routed it and it was like a new car. more power drove completely different.

this vacuum line runs under the air box so it had to be a factory problem.

so if anyone is have boost problems or vacuum problems this could be the problem.

Nice heads up for those that might take that part off and reinstall it and running into problems. Thanks
