Interior door lettering

Jeff can confirm this Chevy15, but I think that's a self adhesive overlay offered as part of an "Interior Dress up Kit" for HHR's.
There were, once upon a time, chrome, carbon fiber, and woodgrain kits for HHR interiors, and a Google search might still turn them up.
Unfortunately, due to the five years since the HHR's being killed off by GM, a bunch of companies have dropped their lines of "Go Faster/Make it Prettier" products for our beloved Trucklets.

My first show car was fully sponsored by katskin
Interiors the hhr was 50% sponsored.
So I bought the pleather from katskin
Interiors and handed it over to my upholstery
Company who did all the work on the
front & rear doors and with the extra
Material he did the airbag cover.
I did the TF sticker with my sticker guy!
