Really? I thought they only recalled the motor in Canada?

Tell us more, did you actually receive a recall letter from GM, or is your dealer conducting a "Goodwill" repair through GM?

B&L chev/buick of shamokin, pa is doing the job when the part comes in. went to buy a motor but when they looked it up, it was found to be a recall. also doing the ignition switch as well.

ya, you are right, only the eskimos get it done for free. they wipped us out at the olympics and get there cars fix for free?
