My SS is back!!

Turns out the wastegate solenoid was replaced, by the first dealer. although they will not be working on my car again!

Took it to Joseph Chevrolet in Cincinnatti. Great customer service... (Tibi is an awesome guy to deal with) gave me an Aveo for the day so I would not have to sit there, a wash and a tin of cookies.

Pulled P0299 Turbocharger Engine Underboost code and an emissions code.
they adjusted the Wastegate.

Also told me there was a recall on her (air duct) so they took care of that too.

She is back haulin' azz like she use to.

My smile has been restored...

That is why I preach to others to stop using dealers that do not provide good service. Too many keep going back and keep getting a bad impression of GM when it is the dealer that is the problem.

GM would like to lose them too. Make sure to fill out the quality surveys for the good and bad dealers. This helps GM in dealing with the bad and rewarding the good.

Hi Peevlos;

Can you tell us more about the air duct recall? I Haven't heard about an air duct recall. Maybe ChevyMgr can chime in and tell us about this recall.

Thanks.
