2 hours is fair for an install never done before. If I broght mine to them, it would be a little easyer now they have done yours. They are a Pontiac dealer are they not. You bought a chev from them? I got mine from Wills in Grimsby but a guy a block from me ordered an LS from Slessors so I guess they can sell either brand.

They are a Pontiac dealer. They came recommended to me from a co-worker, so I went there when I needed a van for the family. The went out of their way to make me happy - like I've never experienced at a dealer before. I ended up purchasing a Montana SV6 from them in mid 2005, and every time it's been in for service the service dept has been incredible. So when I decided I wanted an HHR SS, I called them first - I spoke with sales and told them "I know the product I want is a Chevrolet, but I don't want to deal with another dealership". They made it happen. I've taken my SS to them for every service thusfar, and they've treated it (and me) like gold each time.

WOW. I have to re-learn how to drive this car. It's a whole new beast now (and I MEAN "beast). I have to be careful not to burn the tires off of it now, the low end torque is INSANE.
