Yeah when I started getting looks from morning runners in my suburb I decided it must be a lot louder than stock.....guess I naturally just boosted stereo volume

Just recieved an answer from G Saab, the fella there said He has a SS HHR it was the test vehicle for this valve, His is tuned to 315 and 370, he has been running the spring it comes with.over 2 years , Guess we won't need the spring kit, unless you put a bigger turbo on.

Installed mine yesterday. Removing the plastic cover was a good idea although I only removed the left two and propped the plastic up and out of the way. Also removed harnessing as necessary. Found that a 1\4" drive 10mm socket with a 1" extension worked best. 3\8" drive was too big. Put a drop of Loctite on each screw and torqued back down when the Forge was in place. I also wiped the o-rings with high temp grease and made sure there was no particles in the grease before I installed it. Before I re-attached the vac hose I snugged the cap with a pair of Channel Lock pliers since there are no flat spots to put a wrench on (?).
As far as sound is concerned I'm not sure that it is much louder than stock but definitely a more robust part. I'm happy.

I've switched from green to yellow...and from yellow to green. I honestly can't tell a difference. Thats with the 24 psi GMS1 and my 27 psi Trifecta Tune..

Some people will see that they "hear less flutter"....but I honestly can't tell the difference..

Isn't green for up to 24psi? Yellow to 35psi?
