No insight on these codes, but I doubt that the reflash is the problem.

Personally. I think your car is possessed and is slowly trying to drain all of your sanity. No one should have to go through all the ---- that you have had to deal with. Maybe Haunted Hot Rod could do an exorcisum on your car!

Exactly....it's one thing after another with this thing. I've just about had it. I've put sooooo much money in it...it's ridiculous!

Anyhow, I just don't under how reflashing it would cause those codes to come up for the brake booster sensor? I think I found the part# for the brake booster sensor....and it'll end up costing me about $80 bucks. If there is something wrong with it...I don't mind buying the part if it fixes it. I just think it's bizarre why it would be throwing the code...directly after I had the car reflashed.....

I think I figured out the problem....but it'll have to reflashed again...which might be a challenge because they did a favor for me and flashed it for free..i doubt they will flash it a second time for free

There a 2 flashes for the 2008 HHR SS GMTU.

A flash without the electronic vacuum pump for brake assist
&
A flash with the electronic vacuum pump for brake assist.

I do not have the electronic vacuum pump...and I bet they flashed it with the electronic vacuum pump...

Since you have been provide with the code information, what do you feel your next step is going to be? I hope you can get this taken care of soon.

I found the information on the cobalt forum. My next step was to fix it, thanks for your concern.

I got the dealer to reflash it. They installed the wrong flash...thats why I was getting a brake booster code. They thought I had the extra vaccum pump for the brake booster...and I didn't. Thats why I was getting the code. Anyhow, it's running pretty good now. Missing the 27 psi....but I'll get'r tuned again with a pretty radical HP tune
