remember the tech deals with all different makes and models so they cant study our cars as well as we do.
Thats why I'm going to make a good report with the guy Adam. He seemed like a honest man. The fact that he wanted me to contact him when my kit comes in so he can find more about it tells me he wants to know before doing a job.

What dealer did your install?

I.G.Burton-Seaford.....Just so happens they just combined with the Chrysler dealer (so,it did go thru huh?) so now there are PT's lined up next to HHR's!(the start of a new crossover?)Anyways,I was nervious for the beginning as I warned them in advance I was coming and they said they never heard of it.Seems like the whole place is filled with new people. The service guy I was used to dealing with is no longer there.I was actually educating the sales staff on the HHR. The one girl after I said I already have a SS and a LS walked away. And what was on the floor? A shiny red SS with the lt front wheel almost touching the floor!! Guess I'll have to start using the dealer in Salisbury MD.

I asked this on a thread in the SS section, but I'll repeat it here...with the turbo upgrade, what's the minimum octane requirement? I see a lot of stations that use 91 as premium rather than 92 or 93. Just want to make sure I'll actually be able to put the right gas in the car once I get the upgrade.

91 octane will be alright. It will perform better on 92 or 93 octane.

picked up the box of tune from the mail today. I went to the dealer to ask if they had a tech to install it and they looked at me like I had two heads. They have never heard of it. The tech is off till the new year so they asked if I would come back with the paper work so he could read up on it. I think I may wait till spring so I am not out burning the Blizzac`s off the thing.

You will be much happier if you DON"T wait, it is that good! Probably will be hard on the Blizzaks though, they are a pretty soft compound.
