Hey Mightymouse,

didn't you have one of the HAHN BSR PPC tuners at one time or was that GCSD?

The problem I see with Handheld tuners is that they are a "canned" tune, and not adjustable like HPT for your regional temps, elevation, etc.

Canned tunes like Superchips ect., suck the big one. Waste of money, for what little[key word little], pickup you get. If you want the real deal, then put the money toward a real tune, and not some wigget tune. "Moon"

Crap? I dunno. Maybe someone who has it can say. If it weren't for the 3 bar sensors, the GM "stage 1" tune would technically be a canned tune since they just flash it to the car without tuning specifically to any end-user bolt-ons like intake. I (me personally) would trust the Trifecta canned tune to be worth the price. You can call/email Vince and ask about what it should do and what happens if you are dissatisfied. I went with HPTuners after talking to him because I am a computer guy and I have the time and resources to "reinvent the wheel" for my own amusement.

If you get the GMTU kit from the dealer, it will list for about $750. Kit only, labor extra. Cheaper to find it online.
