Awesome great to hear the dealer found the boost leak
My pipe was also leaking throwing the p0101 maf mass air flow sensor code
Was the pipe covered since he just bought it?

If you do find out which pipe let us know I am guessing upper

It was a cracked pipe somewhere..
They also replaced plugs and air filter.
But the issue was the cracked piping.
Not sure which pipe as I didn't talk to them.
My dad was to stoked to ask any questions because he got his car back.

Thanks everyone for all they're help and responses..
Sure am glad I didn't pull the intake manifold that's for sure..
But I honestly didn't even consider it.
I would have if I couldn't find the culprit though.

Also yeah bigjacksauto I have read all of your thread with the same problem. But pops wanted the dealer to handle it and I don't blame him.
He just bought the car and should have ran right from day one
When I took it for a spin I didn't even see it hit 10lbs so it was probably already cracked. And then finally busted open causing the code
