the only difference i see with this hahn exhaust and mine is,the tip is more oval than round. my exhaust went on without ANY problems. i paid a little over $700 for mine in dec 08. only problem i have is the noise i get because i'm lowered(vibrating against frame in the back) i have turbo back(no cats). glad you have it though.

only problem i have with hahn is he hasn't come through with freakin intake yet!!! all of the products i have purchased from him have worked perfect with no defects.

Yes i paid $600 for it and it was about 3 years ago now. I bought it from ADM when he was still selling them and i do know what turboback means.

And i do know HAHN makes good stuff. Im just mad because his shop use to be literally 20min from my house and he still dragged ass and never came through on his word but its all good.

BartSS,

I originally wanted the ADM, but he got out of the HHR's pretty quickly(when I had the cash) Then HAHN just kind of dropped out of site because of a death in the family, then they packed up shop and moved to FL. It was sometime after they moved to FL that I ordered their IC pipes, and it took over 3 months to get them. From what Asanti got, I was expecting a hacked up Cobalt exhaust(the hangers don't match up) but instead it is a purpose built system for us.

The slip joint application is something I really like, 2 T-bolts and your in Off-road mode. (I actually bent a 1.5' 3" pipe on a hosfield to add when I feel like it. The slip in its current state will just blow fire all over the undercarriage.

I'll be leaving NY on Thursday, and I'll put another 700+ miles on it.

OK now lets talk HAHN. I remember someone having a horror story about HAHN having their HHR for like 9 months and still didn't complete it. (during family death) If anyone is intrested I'll foward you Bill's emails to me. They won't be making a CAI, because Chevy got it right, according to Bill. Since I am in Graduate School it takes a little while to acumulate funds for more toys. So I inquired if HAHN will still be into the HHR in the fall, and I was told that HAHN will be supporting the HHR for the long haul, even though their part offerings are minimal. Like Asanti, I'm not up HAHN's ass, but I like what I own so far.

20 min from your house and you didn't get a Intake made for us

You could have drove back and forth from your house to his shop for testing.

About the HAHN intake. I had a deal made with them to get all their boltons and had a price on it and everything. Then when time came to do it he wanted another 2K for everything so i told him to have a nice day.

Sorry boys
